My pledge to you
- I offer compassionate, no BS accountability.
- I won't sugercoat anything about your behavior.
- I will ask hard, thought-provoking questions.
- I will encourage and support you to tackle your goals one bite size step at a time.
- I will challenge every excuse you make.
- I won't offer counseling or therapeutic advice.
- I will teach you how to use various tools like NSDR, breathing techniques, if/then statements, etc.
- If I realize you're not ready to make a change, I'll tell you, and we'll part ways. No harm, no foul.
AP Journal & More
My niche is positive, behavioral, and neuro-psychology. I focus on topics ranging from Flow Theory and well-being to positive aging, and more. I love teaching people how to improve their lives incrementally with unexpected rewards along the way.
I especially enjoy writing about how to apply the research to everyday life. For example, how can learning MBSR reduce the number of migraines a person experiences? How does willpower affect our ability to establish healthful habits?
